It’s been more than a year since I had my last hair straightening treatment. And the first and only time I had my hair curled was when I was a flower girl during my cousin’s wedding (1980s pa yun). Last March 30 I made my big bold move. :)
I have been thinking to have a new do but I always end up with hair relax and hair spa. Been wanting to have curly hair but always afraid that I may not be able to carry it well. Until my sister introduced this whole thing to me December of last year when she had her hair permed at Beauty Brick. I was pleased to know that there is this modern procedure now -- NO need for stinky smelly pink liquid applied onto my hair anymore. I just needed to wait for a few more months to have longer hair. And so that me and my sister won't look almost exactly the same. LOL

I really wanted big curls but with my hair's fine texture it wouldn't be able to hold my curls as long as expected. Instead, Mr. Shin gave me medium curls and he told me, thru his Filipina translator, that my curls are expected to go down a little (about ear level) so I should not worry.
Two nice things I heard about my hair:
1) it's healthy (kahit marami ng hair damaging treatments before); and
2) that I have fine hair but strong strands.
And one bad thing (to which I was not surprised): sobrang nipis ng hair ko lalo na sa likod :(
The rates of their digital perm usually varies from Php 3,000-3,500. Some have their hair half rebond-half digiperm. Mine costs Php 3,300 (no rebond).
